The Enterprise Data difference

Data you can build with

The consumer app turns matches into insight for a player. Enterprise delivers the underlying structured data, integration, and processing guarantees your organization needs.

01

API delivery

Submit video programmatically and receive completed outputs through your webhook.

02

Raw stroke files

Receive structured events with stroke type, player positions, bounce locations, speed, spin, and match context.

03

Frame-by-frame ball trajectories

Receive ball court coordinates for every frame when your product needs the complete flight path rather than summary metrics.

04

Frame-by-frame player tracking

Receive player court coordinates for every frame for positioning, movement, and workload analysis.

05

Priority processing

Choose the turnaround your operation requires, backed by a defined processing window and capacity.

06

Reserved capacity

Reserve additional throughput for launches, events, or recurring workloads that cannot wait in a public queue.

Your product, your brand. Enterprise Data outputs can be used in your customer-facing product without attribution to SplitStep.

Turnaround options

Choose how quickly you need the data

Each option includes a guaranteed amount of processing capacity within its delivery window.

Standard

36 hours

Up to 400 video hours per window

Included in the base rate

Priority

24 hours

Up to 250 video hours per window

20% service-level fee

Express

6 hours

Up to 65 video hours per window

40% service-level fee

The turnaround window starts when a video is successfully uploaded and accepted into the processing pipeline. These guarantees cover the capacity shown per delivery window. Higher guaranteed throughput requires separately reserved capacity and a proportional monthly commitment.

Volume and service-level pricing

One base rate. Clear turnaround fees.

Monthly usage determines your progressive base rate. Standard 36-hour delivery is included. Priority adds 20% and Express adds 40% only to the video hours sent through those queues.

All-in price per video hour by monthly usage and turnaround
Monthly usage band Standard36 hours · included Priority24 hours · +20% Express6 hours · +40%
First 99 hours$17.00$20.40$23.80
Hours 100–499$14.00$16.80$19.60
Hours 500–1,499$10.00$12.00$14.00
Hours above 1,499$8.00$9.60$11.20
1

Calculate the base. Each block of monthly usage is billed at its own progressive rate.

2

Apply the service level. Add 20% for Priority or 40% for Express processing.

3

Reserve larger windows separately. Monthly volume does not increase the number of hours guaranteed in one delivery window.

Monthly, usage-based billing

Usage is measured from the full uploaded video duration, resets each calendar month, and is invoiced in arrears in USD.

No charge for failed processing

Videos that fail before processing is completed are not billed. If a SplitStep issue makes the output unusable and it is reported within seven days and before invoicing, it will not be billed.

Capacity that matches the workload

Increase the hours available in any delivery window by reserving capacity around your expected monthly volume.
